The decorator who reviews your Instant Quote brief and confirms the fixed price is the one responsible for the job. You will have a name and a direct number before work starts, and the same point of contact throughout.
How a job is staffed
Single rooms and small jobs are usually one decorator; whole properties, exteriors and commercial work are staffed to the programme agreed in the quote, so an "empty between tenants" repaint can be turned round quickly while a lived-in house is sequenced room by room.
What you can expect from everyone

- Filling, sanding and priming done properly rather than painted over.
- A tidy site at the end of each day and a clean handover.
- A walk-round with you at the end so anything you are not happy with is dealt with before we leave.
